ChildCare Centres (St. Judes) provides cost-free, nurturing “Home Away From Home” accommodation for children from under-resourced families undergoing outpatient cancer treatment and their parents. By addressing the critical need for clean, safe, and hygienic housing near major oncology centers, St. Judes helps families continue treatment without the burden of unsafe living conditions or unaffordable shelter. Its holistic model integrates medical partnerships, a supportive physical environment, and emotional and educational care, including counseling and therapy-based activities. Role Description

The Social Media Intern will support St. Judes’ communication team by helping in creating content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. In this full time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



the intern will assist in designing campaigns as per our templates, and help in capturing videos/photos and updates from the centres.

Daily tasks include basic graphic and video creation based on templates provided by the team. The role also involves staying informed about trends in social media and nonprofit storytelling to enhance St. Judes’ digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with designing content based on existing templates. Support the development of newsletters and social media posts, and help build and organise our photo and video library.
- Collect stories, updates, photographs and information from our centres across India.
- Assist with campaigns, events and other communication initiatives.
- Ensure content follows St. Judes India’s brand and communication guidelines.
