Role Description The Social Media Management Intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of Dahabi Homes’ social media presence across multiple platforms. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves creating and scheduling posts, engaging with online audiences, and monitoring social media performance. The intern will assist in implementing content strategies aligned with marketing goals, optimizing profiles and posts for maximum reach,



and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Day-to-day tasks include drafting copy, coordinating visual assets with design teams, tracking key metrics, and compiling basic performance reports. The intern will collaborate closely with marketing and business teams to ensure social media content reflects current campaigns and company objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy to support planning and alignment of social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting are essential.
