What You'll Do

- Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels) for Instagram — flooring, interiors, hospitality projects, before/afters

- Write captions, scripts, and on-screen text for reels and posts

- Manage a content calendar and post consistently across Instagram (and other platforms as we grow)

- Respond to DMs and comments, and help convert engagement into leads

- Track what's working — views, saves, shares — and adjust content strategy accordingly

- Stay on top of Instagram/Reels trends relevant to interiors, real estate, and hospitality

- Occasionally assist with site visits to capture raw footage/photos of ongoing projects

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable shooting and editing video on a phone (CapCut, InShot, or similar)

- A valuable eye for visuals — you notice what makes content scroll-stopping

- Strong written English for captions and scripts





- Genuine interest in interiors, real estate, or hospitality (you don't need a design degree, just curiosity)

- Self-starter — we're a small, fast-moving team, so you'll own your calendar, not wait for instructions on every post

- Basic understanding of Instagram (Reels, Stories, hashtags) — professional experience not required

Nice to Have (not mandatory)

- Experience with AI tools (voiceover, captioning, content generation)

- Basic photography skills

- Canva or similar design tool experience

Pay: ₹5,086.00 - ₹8,288.19 per month
