About us The Social Bid is a D2C growth agency built by operators who've run beauty brands from the inside. Our method: influencer and creator-led virality first, paid media scales what already has momentum. We work as the embedded team for a selective roster of beauty, skincare and personal care brands across India and the GCC.

The role

You'll own social and influencer strategy for our client brands — what gets posted, who says it, and why it should travel. You direct the angles, hooks and scripts; the client's team executes. You'll work directly with me.

What you'll do

- Build monthly content strategies for D2C beauty brands — hooks, formats, posting logic, not just calendars
- Source, vet, negotiate and manage creators and influencers across Instagram and YouTube
- Brief creators on angles and scripts that are built to perform, then track what actually did




- Spot organic winners early and flag them for paid amplification
- Manage 3–4 brand accounts without dropping a single deliverable

Who you are

- 2–3+ years in social media or influencer marketing, ideally with D2C beauty/skincare brands
- Have run creator campaigns with real budgets and real outcomes you can point to
- Understand Instagram's distribution logic — why a post travels and why it doesn't
- Fast, organised, and fine with ambiguity. You'd rather ship a good version today than a perfect one next week
- Know how to talk to creators and founders in the same afternoon

- Your portfolio is aesthetic but you can't explain the numbers behind it
- You think strategy means a 40-slide deck
- You prefer remote
