Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Creator who can convert our field activities, community stories, CSR projects and impact into engaging digital content.

The person should have a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, along with valuable skills in photography, videography, reel creation, graphic designing and content writing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage social media content for Premansh Foundation across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create engaging Reels, short videos, stories, posts, carousels and campaign creatives.
- Visit project sites when required to capture photos, videos, beneficiary stories and field activities.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos suitable for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Write creative captions, social media copies, headlines and campaign messages.
- Develop storytelling content around CSR initiatives, community impact and beneficiary experiences.
- Create visually appealing graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
- Maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
- Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them appropriately for NGO and CSR communication.
- Coordinate with the programme and field teams to collect timely photographs, videos, data and success stories.
- Ensure that all content reflects the organization's values, professionalism and social impact.
- Support the development of CSR presentations, impact stories, newsletters,



campaign materials and digital reports when required.
- Monitor social media performance and provide basic insights on reach, engagement and audience response.
- Maintain an organized digital archive of photographs, videos and creative assets.

Required Skills
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Strong video shooting and editing skills.
- Good photography and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong command of Hindi and English.
- Good content writing and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to create engaging content using a smartphone as well as a camera.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn content.
- Creative thinking with an eye for visual details.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project locations for content collection.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising, Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media, digital content, communications, NGO, CSR or development sector.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of Reels, social media campaigns or digital storytelling will be preferred.
