Role Description The Social Media Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. In this position, the team member will manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and maintaining consistent brand voice across channels.

Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for campaign assets, responding to audience interactions,



and supporting media planning to align social efforts with broader marketing objectives.

The Social Media

Executive will also track industry trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements and new opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine platform‑specific strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Media Planning skills to support campaign budgeting, channel selection, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for crafting posts, captions, and audience responses.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics tools.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, along with prior experience in social media or digital marketing, is beneficial.
