Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and social-media-savvy Social Media / UGC Content Executive to create engaging content specifically for Appsketch.This role is focused on content execution and creative production, creating Instagram posts, carousels, UGC content, and Reels that are modern, engaging, and relevant to a tech audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram posts, carousel posts, UGC content, and Reels for Appsketch.
- Create both face and non-face Reels based on provided briefs and requirements.
- Create UGC-style content that feels natural, authentic, and relevant to modern audiences.
- Design high-quality social media creatives and carousels using Canva.
- Use AI tools for design, image generation, content creation, and creative workflows.
- Edit basic Reels using clips, text, frames, transitions, music, and other basic elements.
- Adapt creative ideas and briefs into engaging social media content.
- Maintain consistency with Appsketch's visual identity and content style.
- Review Instagram Insights and content performance to understand what works and improve future creative output.
- Deliver content consistently within agreed timelines.

Requirements

- Prior experience creating social media content is mandatory.
- Own a camera, iPhone, or similar high-quality camera device suitable for creating professional social media content.




- Strong command of Canva and social media design.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, UGC content, and carousel posts.
- Video editing experience is optional and not mandatory.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of up-to-date Instagram content, trends, and audience behavior.
- Experience working with tech brands or creating tech-related content is preferred.
- Good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to understand briefs and independently execute creative content.
- Ability to understand Instagram Insights and use performance data to improve content.
