Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Naukripay Group’s presence across social media platforms through daily content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. This full-time role is in office and based in Noida, requiring close collaboration with marketing, HR, and business teams to align social media activities with brand and recruitment objectives.





Key responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, optimizing profiles and posts for maximum reach and engagement, monitoring analytics, and reporting performance metrics.

The Social Media

Manager will also respond to audience inquiries, maintain brand voice and consistency, and stay updated on trends and best practices in social media and digital communication.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing business profiles on major platforms.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing, including planning calendars, crafting posts, and tailoring messages to target audiences.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage effectively with online communities.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, basic graphic or video editing, and campaign performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
