About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can take ownership of our social media presence and turn ideas into engaging, relevant, and brand-aligned content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, a good eye for creative content, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay ahead of trends.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan, create, publish, and optimize content across our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Manage the day-to-day presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.

Plan and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars.

Schedule and publish posts consistently.

Ensure all content follows the brand's tone, messaging, and visual identity.

Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.

2. Content Planning & Creation

Develop creative content ideas based on brand objectives, campaigns, events, and industry trends.

Write engaging captions, post copy, hooks, and short-form content.

Work with designers and video editors to create high-quality social media creatives.

Identify opportunities to turn company activities, events, insights, and industry developments into social content.

Repurpose existing content into different formats suitable for different platforms.

3. Trends & Social Media Insights

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, hashtags, memes, and content styles.

Identify trending topics that are relevant to the brand.

Experiment with new content formats and ideas.





Monitor competitor and industry social media activity and identify opportunities.

4. LinkedIn Content

Develop professional and engaging content specifically for LinkedIn.

Support personal-branding and leadership-content initiatives.

Research industry topics and convert them into relevant posts.

Track engagement and identify content themes that resonate with the audience.

5. Reels & Short-Form Content

Develop ideas and scripts for short-form videos, reels, and social media campaigns.

Coordinate with the creative team for production.

Identify opportunities for educational, informative, entertaining, and trend-based video content.

Understand what makes short-form content engaging and shareable.

6. Community Management

Respond to comments, messages, and relevant audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor brand mentions and conversations.

Build and maintain meaningful engagement with the online community.

7. Analytics & Reporting

Track key social media metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, and conversions.

Prepare regular social media performance reports.

Identify high-performing and underperforming content.

Use insights to improve future content and social media strategy.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Valuable understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple content pieces and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
