About the Role

Creative Logix Studio is looking for an experienced and proactive Social Media Executive who can independently manage social media accounts, handle clients, and plan & execute monthly content calendars.

Location: Delhi NCR

Work Mode: Hybrid

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month for the first 3 months, based on experience & performance

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients.
- Handle client communication and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and manage monthly content calendars for Posts, Reels, Stories and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers and the internal team.
- Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
- Write engaging captions and identify relevant hashtags, keywords and trends.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, Reels formats, trending audio and algorithms.
- Ensure content is delivered and posted according to the approved calendar.
- Take client feedback and coordinate revisions with the creative team.
- Assist in developing social media strategies for client growth and engagement.

Requirements




- Prior experience in social media management and client handling is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Good knowledge of monthly content calendar planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Understanding of social media trends, Reels, captions, hashtags and basic SEO.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic Canva knowledge is an added advantage.
- Must be proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Important Eligibility
- Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR.
- Candidates from outside Delhi NCR will not be considered.
- Hybrid work mode.
- 5 working days per week.
- Candidates should be comfortable attending the office whenever required.

Salary & Growth
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month for the first 3 months, depending on experience and performance.
- Salary revision/growth opportunities after the initial 3 months based on performance.
- Prospect to work with multiple brands and businesses.
- Hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning and client management.
