Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars based on client objectives.
- Write high-quality, original content including reel scripts, captions, hooks, carousel copy, creative copy, and promotional content.
- Develop engaging reel concepts and scripts tailored to each clients brand and target audience.
- Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Conduct industry, competitor, audience, and trend research to generate relevant content ideas.
- Create basic social media creatives and carousels using Canva, whenever required.
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools effectively for research, ideation, and productivity while maintaining originality and human judgement.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for smooth content execution.
- Review content performance and suggest improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

- 12 years of relevant experience in Social Media,



Content Writing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Robust writing, communication, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
- Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of ChatGPT / AI tools.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to understand different businesses, audiences, and brand voices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple client accounts.
