About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, content planning, campaign execution, and performance reporting. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital trends and be comfortable working on structured, deadline-driven communication campaigns.

Prior experience working with Government departments, Ministries, PSUs, Government agencies, or public-sector campaigns will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube , and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain monthly and weekly social media content calendars .
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and internal teams for timely content delivery.
- Write and review engaging captions, social media copies, hashtags, and campaign messaging .
- Publish and schedule posts while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, trends, and conversations across platforms.
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and digital initiatives .
- Track performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement,



follower growth, clicks, and video views.
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports and presentations .
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify relevant trends and content opportunities.
- Support real-time coverage of events, launches, campaigns, and important announcements.
- Ensure communication follows client guidelines, approval processes, and brand standards.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders for approvals and campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant social media experience .
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Positive English communication and copywriting skills; Hindi communication skills would be an advantage .
- Working knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to create professional reports and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets .
- Good understanding of trending formats, reels, short-form videos, hashtags, and digital content.
- Strong coordination, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
