Role & responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

- Develop a structured content strategy for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Help generate content ideas around investing, financial markets, wealth creation and financial education
- Convert long-form financial discussions into engaging short-form content
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar
- Research trending topics and identify content opportunities relevant to our target audience
- Manage and optimize the companys YouTube presence
- Study YouTube Analytics including CTR, audience retention, watch time and subscriber conversion

Video Editing & Creative Production

- Edit professional long-form YouTube videos
- Create engaging YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels
- Add captions, graphics, charts, transitions and other visual elements where required
- Design or coordinate thumbnails and social media creatives
- Maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across platforms

Lead Generation & Conversion

- Develop strategies to convert social media viewers into potential clients and enquiries
- Create effective CTAs within videos and social media content
- Build content funnels connecting YouTube/social media with landing pages, forms, WhatsApp or other lead-generation channels
- Track leads generated through different content platforms
- Experiment with content formats and campaigns to improve lead conversion





Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate should have:

- Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram
- Positive video editing skills
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar
- Basic graphic design and thumbnail creation skills
- Understanding of YouTube SEO and content optimization
- Understanding of social media analytics
- Strong research ability
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead-generation funnels
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of content performance

Knowledge or interest in stock markets, investing, trading or personal finance will be a significant advantage. What Matters Most to Us
