Role Description The Social Media Content Creator Intern is a full time/part time, on-site role based in Pune City. This intern will support the marketing team by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming ideas, capturing photos and short-form videos in-store, drafting captions, and assisting with content calendars and campaign execution.

The role also involves monitoring trends,



engaging with online audiences through comments and messages, and collaborating with store teams to highlight promotions, new flavors, and customer experiences. The intern will help track basic performance metrics and provide insights to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Ability to create engaging visual and written content for social media, including basic photography, video creation, and caption writing.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends, especially Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form content.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as brand awareness, audience engagement, and content scheduling.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with on-site staff and marketing team members.
- Proactive, creative mindset with an interest in food, QSR brands, or lifestyle content; prior experience or academic background in marketing, communications, or media is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced retail environment in Pune City and willingness to occasionally work during peak customer hours or special campaigns.

Salary Range: 12,000-15,000 monthly for Internship stipend full-time.
