We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator Intern to help us create engaging content that increases brand awareness, builds our online presence, and generates leads.

Role Overview

As a Content Creator Intern, you will work closely with our marketing and business development team to plan, create, and publish content across social media and digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating Reels, TikToks, social media posts, carousels, blogs, and marketing content and wants hands-on experience working with a growing Canadian digital agency.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

- Create short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, and social media content.
- Develop creative posts, carousels, graphics, and educational content.
- Create content around websites, eCommerce, SEO, digital marketing, branding, and business growth.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms.
- Assist with creating promotional and campaign-based content.

Social Media
- Help manage TruWebz social media accounts.
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Create and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Schedule and publish content across relevant platforms.




- Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve content performance.

Research & Strategy
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Identify content opportunities relevant to Canadian businesses and entrepreneurs.
- Generate new content ideas based on audience interests and trends.
- Track basic content performance metrics such as views, reach, engagement, and followers.

Writing
- Write captions, hooks, headlines, and short-form marketing copy.
- Assist with blog posts, website content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure content is clear, engaging, and aligned with the TruWebz brand.

Requirements
- Strong interest in social media and digital content creation.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and storytelling.
- Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
- Ability to use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with different content formats.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience creating Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, or other short-form videos.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop,



or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or websites.
- Photography or videography skills.
- Experience managing a social media page or personal content account.
