We're hiring a writer who understands social media — not a scheduler who happens to write.
TG Developers is a bootstrapped South Bangalore residential developer — 14+ delivered projects, 1,000+ families housed. Our sister venture Baatu Tech builds COP, a parental control app protecting children online. One person will own the digital voice of both brands, plus the founder's personal brand.
What you'll do:
- Write LinkedIn posts and articles independently — for TG Developers, COP, and the founder. You get a one-line brief; you deliver a finished piece. No hand-holding.
- Plan and publish Instagram content (reels, carousels, stories) across brand handles
- Build content around what's already happening: customer handovers, construction milestones, vendor partnerships, founder insights
- Help our team members build their own LinkedIn presence — ghostwrite, coach, and keep their pipelines running
- Coordinate photographers and videographers: shoot calendars, shot lists, on-site presence, raw-footage-to-post pipeline
- Create buzz and keep it alive — the goal is that the industry, our buyers, and our partners talk about these brands
Who this is for:
- 2–5 years in social media / content (in-house or agency), with a portfolio you're proud of
- A genuinely solid, independent writer — TG's audience is IT professionals and home buyers who research everything; your writing has to earn their attention
- Instagram-native instincts: hooks, retention, trends
- Comfortable on-site — construction sites, shoots, events. Not a desk-only role
- You thrive with fast, direct feedback and real ownership, not daily supervision
