Job Title: Khaka Master (Pattern Master)

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Creating accurate garment patterns (Khaka) as per design specifications.
Developing patterns for export-quality and luxury garments.
Understanding buyer specifications and international standards.
Coordinating with sampling and production teams.
Ensuring proper fitting and conducting trials.
Making necessary corrections in patterns as per feedback.
Maintaining quality standards during production.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Minimum 3 years of experience in Export or Luxury Garment Manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of garment construction and pattern development.
Ability to understand tech packs and buyer requirements.
Experience in handling high-end / luxury fabrics.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Perks:
