Job Summary:
Pathfinder seeks an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective students/parents, provide program information (JEE, NEET, Board, Foundation, Olympiads), answer queries, and facilitate admissions to expand our reach and help students achieve academic dreams.

Key Responsibilities - Telecaller & Education Counsellor
Handle inbound and outbound calls from students and parents regarding courses and admissions
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and career outcomes
Counsel students based on their academic background, interests, and career goals
Generate, follow up, and convert leads into enrollments
Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and campus visits
Guide students through the admission and documentation process
Maintain and update student enquiry and admission records
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth enrollment





Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Minimum 10+2; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Previous telecalling/academic counsellor service experience (education sector a plus).

Communication: Excellent verbal skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English (or relevant local languages).

Skills: Robust listening, basic computer proficiency (CRM), target-oriented, patient, positive attitude, adaptable.

Location:Shyambazar and Dumdum

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Dum Dum, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
