About the Role:
As an Academic Counselor,
you’ll help students make informed academic choices, understand their aspirations, and match them with the right educational programs. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, wants to make a difference, and thrives in a vibrant learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide students in selecting the most suitable academic programs based on their goals.
Build rapport and provide expert counseling to students and parents.
Achieve enrollment targets through personalized communication and follow-ups.
Maintain and manage student records using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
