Responsibilities:
Identify and track upcoming events in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad
Reach out to event organizers and pitch Genie on Hire services
Convert leads into confirmed deals and secure advance payments
Post staffing requirements on the Genie on Hire platform
Shortlist and coordinate with Genies (students) for assignments
Manage check-in, check-out, and attendance on event days for genies (Volunteers).
Arrange replacements when required
Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients and ensure timely payments.

Skills Required:
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
