Hiring Requirement: Bilingual (English + Spanish) Healthcare Support - Mumbai
Location: Mumbai
No. of Positions: 4 FTEs
Shift: Fixed EST (Night shift in India)
Work Schedule: 7 days operations with rotational week offs
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Handle general patient inquiries via calls
Manage OPD (Outpatient) appointment scheduling:
Coordinate IPD (Inpatient) admissions:
Ensure accurate data entry and scheduling updates
Identify and escalate critical calls to the client in real-time
Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
Prior experience in customer support / healthcare BPO preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working night shifts (EST hours):
Ability to handle sensitive patient information professionally

Experience with US healthcare processes
Familiarity with appointment scheduling tools / CRM systems
