Preparing and filing monthly and annual returns for EPF and ESI, including ECR uploads and challan generation.
Verifying and reconciling payroll data to ensure accurate statutory deductions and contributions.
Maintaining statutory registers and compliance documentation such as PF challans, ESI challans, IW‑1 forms, salary slips, and other records under the MInimum wages Act, Payment of wages act, Maternity Act, POSH Act, Bonus Act Contract Labour Act and Factory Act.
Preparing and submitting labour law returns across EPF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Payment of wages, minimum wages, Maternity, POSH, Bonus and Factory Act requirements.
Visiting EPF,



ESI and Labour Department offices for submissions, clarifications, follow‑ups, and compliance coordination.
Handling EPF, ESI and Labour Department inspections, including documentation preparation, representation, and post‑inspection compliance.
Coordinating with internal teams and client representatives to collect required documents and resolve discrepancies.
Staying updated with changes in labour laws and communicating the implications proactively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
