The Plumbing Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all plumbing-related activities at the project site. The role ensures that plumbing works are completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while maintaining safety and coordination with other site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day plumbing activities at the construction site
Interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and BOQs
Plan material requirements and coordinate with the store/procurement team
Ensure installation of water supply, drainage, sewage, rainwater harvesting, and fire-fighting piping systems
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and finishing teams to avoid clashes
Manage plumbers, helpers, and subcontractors effectively
Ensure adherence to safety norms and site regulations
Conduct testing, commissioning, and inspections of plumbing systems
Identify and resolve site issues related to plumbing works




Prepare daily progress reports and update seniors on work status
Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants and clients

Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of plumbing systems and construction practices
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Valuable manpower handling and coordination skills
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Basic reporting and documentation skills

Educational Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or Civil Engineering
Certification in plumbing or related trade is an advantage

Preferred Experience
6+ years of experience required
Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects
Exposure to high-rise buildings and large-scale developments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
