We’re Hiring: Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
Handle clients across IT, Non-IT, BFSI, BPO, Pharma, Manufacturing, etc.
Allocate positions to recruiters based on strengths
Ensure timely & quality-driven hiring delivery
Report directly to leadership (CEO/Director)
Drive performance and collaboration in a remote setup
Requirements-
Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment & staffing
Robust experience in client management & team handling
Proven ability to manage remote teams
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Salary: 15-20K
