KRA:
Make outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
Generate qualified leads through cold outreach.
Understand client requirements and assess buying intent.




Identify decision-makers and capture accurate details in CRM.
Ensure minimum monthly targets are achieved.
Maintain and update CRM with call outcomes and follow-ups.
Ensure data accuracy and proper lead tracking.
Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
Contribute to revenue pipeline creation.
Valuable English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
Prior experience in international cold calling / outbound sales / pre-sales/ debt collection/Voice process(US, UK, Australia, Canada markets preferred).
Robust understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Shift:5AM to 2:30PM (AUS Shift) / 3PM to 12AM (UK Shift)

Working Days:Mon to Fri (Sun & Sat off)

Salary: Upto 40 K in hand + PF + PLI

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
