Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
Understand customers’ needs and offer suitable product recommendations
Demonstrate detailed product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
Handle sales transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive and well-stocked
Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and tagging
Provide after-sales service and handle customer queries or complaints with professionalism
Stay updated with current jewellery trends and brand promotions

Skills & Qualifications:
Prior retail or jewellery sales experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills




Customer-centric with a professional and polished appearance
Ability to work in a team and meet sales goals
Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems
Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics

Working hours

9 am to 7 pm

4 day off in a month

Languages known: Hindi, Punjabi, English
