Key Responsibilities - AVP (Associate Vice President) Sales | Real Estate
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and organizational targets.
Drive team performance by monitoring KPIs, conversions, site visits, and closures.
Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify current business prospects.
Ensure effective lead management through CRM systems and regular follow-ups.
Handle escalations and provide strategic solutions for client satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry standards.
Represent the organization in meetings, corporate events, and client presentations.
Drive customer experience initiatives to maintain a solid brand reputation.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while ensuring sustainable business growth.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
