Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and manage advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
Social Media & Content: Create and schedule social media content and engage with users. Update website content to improve user experience.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
Preparing reports on digital marketing activities and performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console), CRM/CMS software and SEO/PPC tools.
Develop Strategies / Assist in creating strategies to build lasting digital connections with consumers.
Optimize Website: Collaborate with designers to improve site user experience and navigation.
Soft Skills: Robust interpersonal skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, adaptability to changing environments.
Stay Updated:



Maintain up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends and tools.
Content Strategy: Provide creative ideas for content marketing and manage digital content calendars.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics or HubSpot.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Valuable communication and Interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with a high level of confidence.
Proven experience working with electrical and electronics products, including: Fans, LEDS etc.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing market conditions.
Solid understanding of the electronics industry and its trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
