Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant - Executive Support to provide day-to-day administrative, scheduling, and coordination assistance across the business. This role involves working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and leadership to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities




Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely coordination.
Prepare basic documents, notes, and presentations as required.
Organize travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
Maintain files, records, and documentation in a structured manner.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth communication.
Track daily tasks, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide support with personal tasks and errands when needed.
Assist in planning meetings and small-scale events.
Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.

Requirements:
1 to 4 years (Max) of experience in a PA, EA, or administrative role.
Prior experience in the hospitality or similar industry will be a plus.
Solid communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
Qualified, reliable, and proactive work style.
