KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Handling all patient queries wrt treatment, procedures and sessions.
Coordinating appointments of the clients for treatment.
Booking OT as per departmental requirement.
Coordinating for any OT procedures (with OT team, Admission team).
Making all arrangements before any procedures scheduled.
Coordinating for departmental documents and MIS.
Demonstrating to the client how to clean and care for skin properly and recommending skin care routines as per the procedure / service they have availed.
Ensuring cleanliness of the equipments used in treatment by ensuring sterilization and cleaning as required.
To maintain and maintain patient files with all necessary documentation.
To be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative & protocols of the organization.
