Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspection of products as per quality standards
Monitor quality at different stages: Cutting, Edgebanding, CNC, KDT, Assembly, and Packing
Identify defects and report issues to supervisors immediately
Maintain inspection records and quality reports
Ensure proper dimensions, finishing, and edge quality as per drawings/specifications
Support the production team in maintaining a zero-defect culture
Follow company SOPs, safety, and quality guidelines
Assist in resolving quality-related issues on the shop floor
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of quality inspection tools (measuring tape, vernier, etc.)
Understanding of the furniture manufacturing process (preferred)
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic communication and reporting skills
Ability to work on the shop floor
Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / Graduate (any stream)
Freshers with a valuable learning attitude can also apply
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
