Key Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Scheduling and conducting initial interviews
Coordinating onboarding and documentation
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Supporting employee engagement initiatives
Handling day-to-day HR operations and reporting

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
