Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / BDE who can connect with small business owners and help them build their online presence (Google Business, Website, Social Media).
This role is highly result-oriented and ideal for someone who enjoys talking, convincing, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Call small business owners (local + pan India)
Educate them about:
Google Business Profile setup
Website development
Social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Understand client needs and suggest suitable digital solutions
Schedule meetings / demos for senior team
Maintain call records, leads, and follow-ups
Convert leads into paying clients
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Confident in calling and handling objections
Basic understanding of digital services (training can be provided)
