Key Responsibilities:
Speaking HINDI is mandatory.:
Minimum 2 years Electrical & Solar panel wiring experience.:
Electrical site/field experience is mandatory.:
Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement and layout of solar panels.
Configure, install, and wire photovoltaic solar systems, including the electrical wiring and fixtures.
Connect solar systems to the local power grid, and perform necessary testing to ensure their safety and efficiency.
Maintain records of all maintenance and installation tasks, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems and their components, thereby reducing downtime and helping to maintain high levels of system operational reliability.




Stay updated on the latest industry technologies, best practices, and guidelines.
Coordinate with Head Office,Corporate offices timely.

Required Skills:
Diploma/ITI in Electrical.
Relevant experience in Electrical & Solar installation or maintenance.
Should have robust knowledge on Electrical Field.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines accordingly.

Education:
Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
Industrial electrician: 2 years (preferred)
Solar: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:
75% (required)
