Role Description

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise interior fit-out works at site including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, and finishing works.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and project managers.
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor site progress and maintain project timelines.
Handle material planning and site inventory management.
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure safety standards at site.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management regarding site status.




Resolve in office issues and coordinate with design and execution teams.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior site supervision.
Experience in commercial, residential, or office interior projects.
Ability to manage multiple activities at site efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
Interior site supervisor: 3 years (required)
