Key Responsibilities:
Property Due Diligence
Conduct title verification and legal due diligence of land and properties.
Examine ownership documents, revenue records, mutation records, Jamabandi, registry documents, and encumbrance certificates.
Identify legal risks, litigation, mortgages, or title defects.
Draft, review, and vet:
Agreements to Sell
Sale Deeds
Lease Deeds
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
Power of Attorney
Development Agreements
Collaboration Agreements
Employment Contracts
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Legal Notices and Replies
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
