Key Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D & 3D civil drawings using AutoCAD
Develop architectural layouts, plans, elevations, and sections:
Create working drawings for residential/commercial projects
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams
Modify drawings as per project requirements and site feedback
Ensure drawings comply with local building norms and standards:
Maintain drawing documentation and revisions

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory):
Experience in Civil 2D & 3D designing:
Knowledge of building plans, layouts, and structural drawings:
Basic understanding of construction methods and materials:
Ability to read and interpret architectural & civil drawings

Preferred Skills (Optional):
Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / Lumion:




Experience with residential or commercial projects:
Site experience will be an added advantage

Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent
Relevant qualified experience will be considered

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
