Key Responsibilities Parent & Student Relationship Management
Build positive relationships with existing and prospective parents.
Ensure timely follow-up on admissions and enquiry leads.
Resolve parent concerns and coordinate with concerned departments for effective solutions.
Maintain high standards of parent satisfaction and communication.

Admission Support
Provide complete information regarding school curriculum, facilities, admission procedures, and policies.
Conduct campus tours and counselling sessions for prospective parents.
Assist in admission documentation and student onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and follow-up status.





Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with academic, transport, accounts, and administration departments for smooth operations.
Support school events, orientations, exhibitions, workshops, and admission campaigns.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to enquiries and admissions.
Ensure proper communication with parents regarding school updates, meetings, and activities.

Marketing & Outreach
Support promotional and branding activities of the school.
Participate in outreach programs, educational fairs, and community engagement activities.
Maintain qualified representation of the school at all times.
