Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to ensure stock availability.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply risks.
Ensure timely procurement of goods and services within budget.
Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers.
Track supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and budget forecasts.

Experience in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries is preferred.

Preferred Requirements
Solid negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
Experience handling multiple vendors and procurement projects.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
