Job Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors as per hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies daily.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
Maintain guest privacy and follow hotel security procedures at all times.
Handle guest requests and queries promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage, and pantries.
Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines as per hotel policy.
Assist in laundry operations or public area cleaning as assigned.
Support the housekeeping team during peak hours or special events.

Requirements:




Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferably in hotels).
Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit.
Basic communication skills in English or Hindi.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
