Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Introduce the company’s interior design services and offerings.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments/site visits for the design consultants.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information and call records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams for lead handovers.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Skills Required:
Valuable verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and qualified phone etiquette.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Solid interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
