Role Overview

You will act as a technology leader and architect, shaping the long-term direction of systems powering capabilities such as Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), secure web gateway, VPN-as-a-Service, and policy-driven access control, enabling enterprises to transition to contemporary, cloud-delivered security architectures.

What You'll Do
Define and drive platform architecture, technical vision, and long-term system evolution.:
Lead design of large-scale, distributed, cloud-native systems with high scalability and resilience.
Own and evolve API and platform strategy across multiple teams
Drive cross-team technical alignment, architecture reviews, and engineering standards:
Solve complex scalability, reliability, and performance challenges at scale:
Partner with product, security, and leadership teams to shape platform direction.:
Mentor senior engineers and build technical leadership capability across the organization.:
Champion AI-first engineering practices to improve developer productivity and quality

What You'll Bring




12+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems and platforms.:
Deep expertise in Go/C/C++/Rust, concurrency, and system design.
Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS) and system internals.
Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures and scalable APIs/platforms

Domain Leadership (Critical)
Deep expertise in secure access and Zero Trust architectures, including:
ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access):
SSE / SASE platforms:
SWG, CASB, VPN-as-a-Service

Proven ability to design systems enforcing:
Identity-based access (authentication & authorization):
Device posture validation and continuous trust:
Policy-driven, least-privilege access at scale.:
Solid understanding of enterprise security challenges, threat models, and secure access patterns.
Ability to translate domain expertise into platform abstractions, services, and API strategy
