Job Summary:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with technical panels.
Maintain recruitment tracker and database.
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate (Preferably IT / MBA HR background).
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Immediate joiners preferred.
