A Panel Wiring Engineer specializes in assembling, wiring, and testing industrial electrical control panels (PLC, MCC, VFD) based on schematics. Key duties include interpreting technical drawings, installing components, performing point-to-point wiring, and troubleshooting for functionality. They ensure compliance with safety standards and often handle field wiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Wiring: Install and wire electrical components (breakers, drives, relays, switches) in panels, ensuring proper termination, insulation, and routing.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical schematics,, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct point-to-point testing to ensure functionality and resolve wiring errors.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of wiring layouts, modifications, and testing results.
Compliance: Ensure all work meets electrical, industry (ISO/IEC), and safety standards.
Maintenance: Support installation, commission, and repair of machine control panels.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience: Generally 2+ years of experience in industrial electrical control panel wiring.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with electrical components (PLCs, VFDs), hand tools, crimpers, and multimeters.
Attention to Detail: High level of precision to ensure accurate wiring and safety.
Communication: Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on design changes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
