Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop age-appropriate academic curriculum and syllabus for pre-school learners.
Create engaging activity planners that promote holistic development (cognitive, social, emotional, and physical).
Implement innovative and research-based teaching methodologies.
Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom workplace.
Continuously research and incorporate current teaching strategies and learning tools.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth academic planning and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior teaching experience in a Pre-School or Early Childhood Education setting.
Solid knowledge and understanding of NEP 2020 guidelines.
Excellent proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
Creative, cutting-edge, and child-centric approach to teaching.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
