We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and budgeting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger activities.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Lead and mentor the accounts team while improving financial processes.

Required Skills & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/CPA preferred).
6+ years of experience in accounting or financial management.
Robust knowledge of Indian accounting standards and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (mandatory).
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
