Core Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, assisting with product selection, and handling returns or complaints.
Merchandising & Stock: Restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly priced and organized.
Operational Tasks: Operating cash registers, processing card/cash payments, and maintaining a clean, protected store environment.
Inventory Control: Receiving deliveries, checking for damaged goods, and notifying management of low stock levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Solid verbal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods,



lift, bend, and move stock.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with POS systems, scanners, and, in some cases, inventory software.
Attributes: Punctuality, reliability, flexibility, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Indeed +4

Common Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not always required).
Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but often not necessary for entry-level positions. Indeed +4
