Key Responsibilities
Develop Mathematics content for Grade 2 and Grade 3 as per NCERT guidelines.
Create lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and practice questions.
Record educational video lectures for the assigned topics.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality of all academic content.
Collaborate with the content and production teams for timely completion of projects.
Incorporate innovative teaching methods to make learning engaging for young learners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
Solid understanding of primary-level Mathematics concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior teaching or content development experience will be preferred.
Ability to explain concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with the NCERT curriculum.
Basic knowledge of educational technology and digital content creation.
Confidence in front of the camera for video recording.
