Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to potential clients
Explain real estate projects and services clearly
Follow up with leads and maintain client communication
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Maintain call records and update lead status
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling or sales
Real Estate / Construction experience - Mandatory:
Positive communication skills (English required)
Confident in client handling and follow-ups
Willing to work onsite in Guduvanchery, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Location: Guduvanchery, Chennai (Onsite)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
