Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

About Us:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in coordination with the accounting team.
Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Manage inter-company transactions and generate invoices as needed.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain financial accuracy.
Delegate tasks and oversee financial responsibilities across the accounting team.
Monitor daily accounting activities, including ledger and bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, etc.
Prepare data for GST, TDS, PT, and other tax filings.
Reconcile payments from marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Assist in Finalisation of accounts for audits and IT filings.
Maintain regular ledger updates and ensure compliance with all financial policies.

Required Skills:
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,



and other data analysis functions (mandatory).
Experience with Tally Prime software.
Prior experience in e-commerce marketplace accounting (preferred).
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team player (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record in managing e-commerce accounting.
Experience with payment reconciliations and marketplace financial operations.
Hands-on expertise in finalizing accounts and ensuring compliance for audits and tax filings.
